Our scheduling is planned to allow the correct time for each luxurious
service. Please help yourself and other guests by being on time. We recommend that you arrive
15 minutes early to get yourself settled. We understand that on occasion, circumstances arise which may cause a guest to arrive
late. We will do everything to accommodate you if this occurs. However, in some cases, it may be
appropriate to shorten or reshedule services.
In fairness to our team, we require a credit card number to reserve your appointment. Should
a cancellation be necessary, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice ahead of your appointment time. For guests receiving
two or more services, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice ahead of your appointment time. We require a minimum of
72 hours notice ahead of your appointment time for any spa package. If a guest calls after the alloted time, 50% of
the service or treatment will be charged. If a guest fails to show for an appointment without giving the required notice, we
reserve the right to charge your credit card 100% of the services and/or treatments scheduled. All charges will be charged
to the credit card we have on file. Prior to charging your credit card, we will call you and let you know the total cost
being charged, and you will receive the receipt in the mail within 5 business days.
To guarantee availability of your next appointment, we recommend that you reserve your
next appointment before you leave.
In the event that your service provider leaves, we will move your appointment
to another service provider to ensure that all of your needs are met.
In order to ensure all guests a peaceful environment, we ask that children under the age
of twelve not accompany you unless they have an appointment.
For your safety, massage therapy will not be performed
on pregnant women or on active cancer patients.
With the advanced purchase of four massages or four facials, the fifth is our gift to you.
The salon and spa are both cell phone free zones for your relaxation.
No refunds are available on gift certificates.
There will be a $35.00 fee on all returned checks.
